Fruitful Cooperation Between the International University and the Voluntary Action Youth Organization

Yesterday, Saturday, the Community Responsibility and Sustainability Department at the International University (LIMU) held a meeting with the Voluntary Action Youth Organization in the Academic Hall at the International University. The meeting explored frameworks for cooperation between the University and the Organization in the field of volunteer work.

The meeting included a presentation about the Organization’s voluntary work platform, in addition to strengthening the partnership and reaching an understanding on a joint cooperation protocol. During the meeting, the University reaffirmed its leadership in the field of volunteer work, noting that completing (40) hours of volunteer work is a basic requirement for graduation. This reflects the University’s firm belief in the role of education in refining the student’s character and instilling the values of active citizenship and social responsibility.
