• That the initiative is in accordance with the university\’s goals, vision, and message.
  • That the initiative targets a wide section of the community.
  • That the initiative should be varied and not be restricted only to seminars or lectures.
  • That the initiative implemented by the cooperation of a faculty should include the participation of relevant bodies within the community.
  • That the initiative includes an approximate budget that is realistic and that is not exaggerated.
  • That the initiative is realistically and serious in implementation.
  • That the initiative is within the speciality and expertise of the university/faculty responsible for implementation.

  • To preserve the university\’s reputation and standing amongst all publications and campaigns specific to the initiative
  • To provide the commitment for the Implementation unit to present the publications and bulletins of the initiative to the director of the Community and Environmental Services Office at the university.
  • To adhere to the university\’s rules and regulations in the case of cooperation with parties outside the university.
  • To provide commitment from faculty coordinators in providing detailed and documented reports after the end of the initiative.
  • To activate the volunteer side of the initiative specific to the participation of the students from within the university.
  • To require the initiative to be uploaded to the university\’s electronic portal two weeks before the proposed date of its implementation.
  • To obligate the implementing committee to survey the views and opinions of the beneficiaries and include the results of the survey on the report submitted to the director of the Community and Environmental Services Office at the university after implementation.
  • To obligate the faculty that is executing the initiative to provide photographic documentation during the processes of implementing the initiative.
  • To require the initiative be presented within the framework of the community programs plan approved by the Community and Environmental Services Office at the university.
  • To require that the faculty implementing the initiative abides by the standard procedures in implementing the program that does not violate the university\’s rules and regulations in effect regarding the field.
