International University Without Walls Reviving Arab Traffic Week

A firmly rooted truth in minds and a reality witnessed by all, reaffirmed time and again. With doors wide open to everyone—those striving to bring about positive change in this nation—hardly a day passes without the Agency of Community Responsibility and Sustainability forging a partnership, signing an agreement, hosting an activity, or organizing an event that reflects cooperation and integration between governmental and civil society components.

In this spirit and along this path, and as a practical activation of partnerships with entities and institutions with which the International University has signed agreements (the Benghazi Scouts and Guides Commission, the Hope Makers Foundation, and the Youth Voluntary Work Organization), the Libyan International University is commemorating Arab Traffic Week.

The events will commence at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2026, at the Scout Leader Ali Khalifa Al-Zaidi Hall, with a debate entitled “Community Awareness and Traffic Accidents.”

It is worth noting that this educational and awareness-raising activity in the field of traffic safety aligns with a comprehensive year-round plan, as last November witnessed the commemoration of the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims.
