The Nursing Sciences Program at the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences—launched by the International University three years ago with full scholarships—does not stop at preparing to graduate its second cohort of distinguished students and welcoming the third. Its scope extends further, bringing benefit and service to the community through health awareness initiatives.
On the evening of Saturday, May 23, 2026, students of the program, in partnership with the Libyan Association of Nursing and Midwifery, took part in the “Safe Eid” educational campaign held inside Libya Mall. The initiative aimed to spread health awareness and promote sound health practices to ensure a safe and healthy Eid for all.
This participation was supervised by Dr. Hamidan, a member of the Nursing Sciences Program team, as part of the program’s ongoing efforts in community service. It reflects the vision of the Libyan International University to strengthen community partnership and contribute actively to serving society through purposeful health and awareness initiatives.
Special thanks and appreciation go to all the students who participated and organized this remarkable initiative. May God grant safety and health to all.
